NEW ORLEANS - A homeowners insurer is not entitled to summary judgment on insureds' breach of contract claims regarding uncompensated structural dwelling damage because there are genuine issues of material fact as to the replacement cost of their home destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, a Louisiana federal judge held May 13 (Felton and Lucille Bradley v. Allstate Insurance Company, E.D. La.; 2011 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 51450; See 5/13/10, Page 26).
