TULSA, Okla. - A man's repeated misrepresentation over whether he owned a key to the house where a fire occurred violated a homeowners policy's concealment or fraud provision, an Oklahoma federal judge found Jan. 17, ruling that the insurer did not breach the contract or act in bad faith by denying a claim for the fire damage (Kristen Agrawal, et al. v.
