WAUSAU, Wis. - An insured did not submit any proof to counter his insurer's prima facie evidence that he failed to cooperate with an investigation into a home fire claim, a panel in the Third District Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 10, affirming a lower court's grant of summary judgment in the insurer's favor (Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v.
