Calif. Court Limits Post-Operations Asbestos Coverage

A California judge on Thursday tentatively limited the amount of coverage available for asbestos injury claims against Plant Insulation Co. under policies covering Plant after it stopped installing asbestos-containing products, siding with insurers on how to define "completed operations" subject to policy limits.
