CHICAGO - An insurer denied allegations against it in a late notice reinsurance dispute in an Illinois federal court on Jan. 21 and counterclaimed for breach of contract against its reinsurer (R&Q Reinsurance Co. v. Sentry Insurance A Mutual Company, No. 12-cv-09788, N.D. Ill.; See 12/14/12, Page 8).
