Judge Dismisses Real Property Reinsurance Dispute

NEW YORK - A federal judge in New York dismissed a reinsurance dispute on Jan. 22 and said the parties had advised the court that the claims asserted between the parties had been settled (Allied World Assurance Company $(U.S.$) Inc. v. Hannover Ruckversicherung AG, No. 12-cv-5146, S.D. N.Y.; See 12/3/12, Page 9).
