Reinsured Asks Court To Finalize Ruling Against Reinsurer

CHICAGO - After an Illinois federal judge ruled against a motion for reconsideration of a reinsurer's summary judgment counterclaim, the reinsured filed a proposed final order in its favor (Arrowood Indemnity Company, et al v. Assurecare Corporation, No. 11-cv-05206, N.D. Ill.; See 1/25/13, Page 5).
