CHICAGO - A reinsurer said in an Illinois federal court on Jan. 28 that being the assignee to the rights of certain reinsurance agreements does not mean that the assignee is to be considered a party to the agreements' arbitration clauses (Pine Top Receivables of Illinois, LLC v.
