DENVER - An insurer's attempts to settle a policyholder's uninsured motorist (UM) claim, despite a lack of response from the insured, establish that the insurer acted reasonably and in good faith, a 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel ruled Jan. 31, upholding summary judgment in the insurer's favor (Linh Tran v.
