BOISE, Idaho - An insurance policy's exclusion for "physical loss or physical damage caused by or resulting from . . . wear and tear" precluded any coverage for a computer billing firm's claimed damages from an eight-day loss of computer functions, an Idaho federal judge ruled Feb. 8, disposing of bad faith and breach of contract claims against the insurer (Daniel W.
