Okla. Federal Judge: Failure To Pay Claim Without Itemized Bill Is Not Bad Faith

OKLAHOMA CITY - An Oklahoma federal judge on Jan. 30 held that even though an insurer had received authorization to contact an insured's medical providers directly, it was not unreasonable for the insurer to expect the insured to provide itemized bills prior to payment of her claim (Sue B.
