TAMPA, Fla. - Genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether an insurer acted in good faith by failing to approve an insured's contract for sinkhole remediation on his property, a Florida federal judge ruled Feb. 8, denying both parties' motions for summary judgment (Elieser Lumpuy v.
