HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania federal judge on Feb. 6 granted an insurer's motion to reconsider a ruling that previously dismissed breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims against insurance agents based on applicable statute of limitations (Lincoln General Insurance Co. v. Kingsway America Agency Inc. f/k/a Avalon Risk Management Inc. and Mattoni Insurance Brokerage Inc., No. 11-1127, M.D. Pa.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 20292).
