MINNEAPOLIS - Insurance brokers waived their defense for lack of personal jurisdiction by failing to properly raise it, a Minnesota appeals panel held Jan. 14, affirming the denial of a motion to dismiss a breach of contract action filed by the brokers' competitors (Aon Corp., et al. v.
