Alexis J. Rogoski Joins Boundas, Skarzynski, Walsh & Black, LLC as Principal in New York Office

Boundas, Skarzynski, Walsh & Black, LLC has announced that Alexis J. Rogoski has joined the firm as a principal in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Rogoski's practice has concentrated on professional liability insurance law, with an emphasis on directors and officers, errors and omissions coverage for financial institutions and investment professionals, fiduciary liability, and employment practices liability. Mr. Rogoski has dealt extensively with bank trust department litigation and insurance company bad faith litigation.

Mr. Rogoski has extensive experience litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases and has both prosecuted and defended commercial and employment litigation. Mr. Rogoski has also defended FINRA arbitrations against securities brokers/dealers.

Mr. Rogoski has drafted numerous professional liability insurance policies and endorsements and counsels clients on the development of specialized coverages to address unique exposures.
