Lilit Asadourian is a senior associate in Reed Smith LLP’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group and is a graduate of UCLA School of Law. She represents corporate policyholders in breach of contract and bad faith disputes involving first and third party coverage claims arising under commercial general liability, errors & omission, directors & officers, mortgage insurance, and employment liability policies. She also represents corporate clients in commercial disputes and consumer class actions. Lilit joined Reed Smith as a lateral associate from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in 2009 where she also practiced commercial litigation and insurance recovery.
