Federal New York Judge Confirms Foreign Arbitration Award For Russian Company

BROOKLYN, NY - A New York federal judge on April 28 affirmed a magistrate judge's report recommending that a Russian company's motion to confirm an arbitration award in its favor issued by the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (ICAC) be granted (Rushotel Limited Liability Company v.
