ICSID Issues Award Approving Settlement Between Company And Macedonia

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSD) on Sept. 28 released an award embodying the terms of a settlement agreement between an Austrian company and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, under which the company will dismiss its bilateral investment treaty claims without admitting liability and the parties agree to discontinue the case (EVN AG v.
