ICSID Issues Decision On Jurisdiction In Dispute Filed Against Argentina

WASHINGTON, D.C. - After determining that a German company definitely held an investment in Argentina, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Oct. 26 released its decision finding that it has jurisdiction under a bilateral investment treaty to hear a dispute between the company and Argentina in relation to a concession agreement (Hochtief AG v.
