Judge Confirms London Arbitration Award In Dispute Over Metal Sale Contract

ST. LOUIS - After determining that the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards applied to an arbitration award issued in favor of a United Kingdom company in London, a Missouri federal judge on March 12 found that confirmation was not time-barred and confirmed the award (Ocean Partners Holdings Limited, et al. v.
