LONDON - An England and Wales appeals court on May 16 affirmed a lower court's decision to accept two interim arbitration awards issued in a dispute over a series of contracts for coffee trade as final and binding but allowed a Belgian company owner's cross-appeal on costs (Sucafina SA v.
