Judge Partially Grants Motion To Seal Swedish Award, Patent Agreement

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A California federal judge on Dec. 7 partially granted a motion to seal portions of a Swedish arbitration award and an entire patent license agreement but found that some of the proposed redactions were limiting and that parts of the agreement were not sealable (Nokia Corp. v.
