NEW YORK - The Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 23 affirmed a district court's decision denying a claimant's motion to dismiss an insurance coverage case, finding that the dispute was governed by federal law and that the court did not err in granting summary judgment for an insurer (M.D. Imad John Bakoss v.
