VIENTIANE, Lao PDR - Sanum Investments, of Macau, and Lao Holdings, NV, of the Netherlands, on Jan. 14 announced that they have engaged Debevoise & Plimpton to represent them in relation to arbitral claims asserted against the Government of Laos.
