WASHINGTON, D.C. - A tribunal for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Jan. 11 refused to grant a request for provisional measures filed by a group of companies in relation to jurisdictional challenges asserted by the Republic of Zimbabwe but granted an alternative request to join the challenges to the merits of the case (Bernard Von Pezold and others v.
