ICSID Suspends Hearing Of Dispute Against Guatemala

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Jan. 23 announced that a scheduled hearing on objections in a dispute between a holdings company and the Republic of Guatemala has been suspended until March (TECO Guatemala Holdings, LLC v. Republic of Guatemala, No. ARB/10/23).
