Judge Finds Dispute Must Be Mediated Or Arbitrated In Hong Kong

CONCORD, N.H. - A New Hampshire federal judge on Jan. 18 stayed a case in favor of mediation or arbitration, finding that a dispute over the sale of industrial sapphire crystal growing systems (furnaces) between two companies related to a mediation and arbitration provision in a sales agreement (Hong Kong Juno International Company, Ltd. v.
