Magistrate Judge Orders Expert, Chevron To Produce Documents For Ecuador

DENVER - A Colorado federal magistrate judge on Jan. 3 partially granted a motion to compel discovery of documents for use in a foreign proceeding filed by the Republic of Ecuador and its attorney general, ordering an environmental expert who authored reports for Chevron to produce certain documents and communications (The Republic of Ecuador, et al. v.
