Parties Agree to Dismiss Petition To Confirm Swedish Arbitration Award

SAN JOSE, Calif. - A stipulation of dismissal was entered Dec. 20 in which various parties noted that they have reached a settlement and have agreed to dismiss a petition to confirm a Swedish arbitration award that was issued in a case involving a dispute under a patent license agreement (Nokia Corp., et al. v.
