English Justice Sets Aside Injunction Prohibiting Proceedings In Zambia

LONDON - An English justice on Feb. 15 granted a mining company's application to set aside an anti-suit injunction, finding that Zambian proceedings filed by the company were not in breach of various arbitration agreements (U&M Mining Zambia Ltd. v. Konkola Copper Mines plc, No. $(2013$) EWHC 260 $(Comm$), England and Wales High).
