Federal Judge Awards Company Fees Incurred In Confirmation Proceedings

WASHINGTON, D.C. - After determining that the Dominican State has failed to honor an arbitration award, a District of Columbia federal judge on Feb. 21 granted a company's request for an award of fees that were incurred during proceedings to confirm the $42,547,577.84 international award (Concesionaria Dominicana De Autopistas Y Carreteras S.A. v. The Dominican State, No. 12-cv-1335, D. D.C.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24063; See January 2013, Page 7).
