NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge on Jan. 30 stayed a maritime dispute pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings in London, finding that the defendants did not waive their right to arbitration by participating in the litigation (Amlin Corporate Insurance, et al. v. Green Arrow M/V, et al., No. 11-1417, E.D. La.; 2013 U.S. Dist. 13185).Full story on lexis.com
