ICSID Finds It Has Jurisdiction Over Investors' Claims Against Argentina

WASHINGTON, D.C. - A tribunal for the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) on Feb. 8 determined that it has jurisdiction over claims asserted by numerous investors, rejecting all of the objections submitted by the Argentine Republic, including a decision that the case could not be considered a class action proceeding (Ambiente Ufficio S.P.A. and others $(formerly known as Giordano Alpi and others$) v.
