Judge Affirms Discovery Orders Requiring Laos To Produce Bank Information

NEW YORK - After rejecting various objections asserted by the government of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and a Laos bank, a New York federal judge on Feb. 11 affirmed various discovery orders made by a magistrate judge that ordered production of information on bank accounts, among other items (Thai-Lao Lignite $(Thailand$) Co.
