Constantinos Klissouras is a partner at Anagnostopoulos-Bazinas in its Civil & Commercial Law Department. He has considerable experience with cross-border disputes and proceedings, and has acted extensively for domestic and foreign financial institutions and industrials from a variety of sectors in cross domestic border litigation and arbitration, as well as in contentious and non-contentious matters involving distressed and structured finance, insolvency and restructuring, distribution and supply chain, directors' liability and shareholder disputes, transport and tourism. Constantinos has written in English on Greek insolvency law in the Collier International Business Insolvency Guide, Matthew Bender/Lexis-Nexis (2004, with G. Bazinas), and security interests, including International Secured Transactions (CILS -- Oceana Publications 2006, with G. Bazinas), and is a member of the International Bar Association, Section on Insolvency, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights, an Honorary Fellow of the Association of Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies, and a member of the Hellenic Commercial Lawyers Association. He received his education at the University of Athens, School of Law (1996) and the University of London, KCL (LL.M., 1998). He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1998 (Court of Appeals 2004). He is fluent in English and conversant in German.
