11th Circuit: Failure To Cooperate With Testing Bars Coverage

ATLANTA - The 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 29 ruled in an unpublished opinion that an insurer's decision to deny disability benefits based on a claimant's failure to cooperate was reasonable (Carolyn Smith v. The Pension Committee of Johnson & Johnson, d/b/a Reed Group, No. 10-15387, 11th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 10755).
