Robin E. Shea has more than 20 years' experience representing employers in labor and employment law and is a partner in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina, office of Constangy, Brooks & Smith, LLP. Robin is a frequent speaker and writer on employment law topics, and is editor in chief of Constangy's client publications, author of Constangy's main blog, Employment & Labor Insider, and covers labor and employment law developments on Twitter (@RobinEShea). Robin received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her law degree cum laude from Wake Forest University. In addition to being a North Carolina Superlawyer for several years, she is past chair of the Professionalism Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association, and a current member of the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the North Carolina and American Bar Associations, and the Society for Human Resources Management.
