I do Employment Law for Companies.
Small and Mid-Sized Businesses, specifically. I started my practice because companies with 2 to 200 employees need HR counsel more than anyone, and they need it in a way that works for them. And they deserve lawyers that want to work with them, rather than put up with them until the big fish calls.
Instead of billable hours and nickles and dimes, I work on project or global retainer arrangements that take the sticker shock and fear-of-phone-call issues out of working with a lawyer, and I never charge for copies, faxes or phone calls. My goal is to get small business past liability protection, into proactive, productive HR policy.
I write the L&E Blog Current Employment, which LexisNexis Communities recently named a Top 25 Labor & Employment Blog.
