Bowman on Lawyer-Client Sexual Relations

In 2002 the American Bar Association added to its Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.8 an express prohibition of sexual relations with clients. A growing number of states have followed suit. The Hawaii Rules of Professional Conduct, however, are silent on the matter. Does this mean that a Hawaii lawyer can commence such a relationship without risking disciplinary sanctions?
