L. Kinvin Wroth is Professor of Law and former President and Dean at Vermont Law School. He was previously a faculty member and Dean at the University of Maine School of Law. He served as Reporter to the Vermont Supreme Court's Civil Rules Advisory Committee in the preparation of the 1999 Vermont Rules of Professional Conduct and the 2009 amendments.
