Reports to the Superintendent of Schools.  Responsible to advise the Superintendent and the Board of Education on legal issues which affect the operations of the school district.  The incumbent will also serve as the chief negotiator with employee bargaining units and will assist in the development of board policies that serve the best interest of the district's educational program.

Job Requirements

5 years executive level experience managing an extensive labor relations program - public sector experience preferred.  Experience in contract negotiations and interpreting and applying legal statutes required.  Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio.
