Law Practice Issues for Solos & Small Firms in the 21st Century

Posted by

Donna Seyle

New and unemployed lawyers, solos and small boutique firms are all struggling to find their way to a successful practice in a professional and economic under siege.  Technology, fueled by the recession, is forcing lawyers to consider options to big law employment and to redefine their professional roles.  Do we practice law or run a business? Are our services "lawyer services" or "legal services."

The answers to these questions are only now being formulated as the profession takes a good, hard look at itself. The discussions are being conducted in professional organizations, national and state bar associations, by judges, lawyers, technology vendors and more.  They reverberate through social  media channels daily. And in the meantime, lawyers are struggling to survive.

In this webinar series, these issues will be met head on by the pioneers and thought leaders who are at the center of the storm. I am so excited to bring them to you and to participate in conversations with them about issues that matter most to many in our profession.  Please join me for the following events:
