6th Circuit Panel Denies Petition To Review Order Denying Black Lung Benefits

CINCINNATI - A unanimous Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel entered an opinion Jan. 6 denying a petition to review the denial of Black Lung Benefits Act (30 U.S. Code Sections 901-45) widow benefits by an administrative law judge who concluded that the widow had not met her burden of proof (Anna Belle Goble v.
