NEW YORK - Digital music company Beyond Oblivion, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Jan. 24, citing liabilities in excess of $ 101 million, moved on the same day for an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving bidding procedures and the sale of all of its assets (In Re: Beyond Oblivion Inc., No. 12-10282, Chapter 11, S.D.
