Florida Court Affirms Reduction Of Home Health Care For Autistic Child

MIAMI - The Third District Florida Court of Appeal on Jan. 25 affirmed a trial court reduction of home health care hours for an autistic child, saying the services are not "medically necessary" under the state's Medicaid rules (Virginia Cabello v.
