Judge: Plaintiff Lacks Standing To Bring Suit Challenging Foreclosure

DETROIT - A Michigan man's decision to wait until after the expiration of the six-month redemption period for foreclosures before suing Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. took away his standing to bring four of his five claims arising from the event, a federal judge in Michigan ruled Jan. 24 (David Ennis v.
