Verdict On Trade Secret Misappropriation Claims Affirmed By 5th Circuit

NEW ORLEANS - Although it rendered a take-nothing judgment on a plaintiff's allegation of fraud, the Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Jan. 23 affirmed a jury's verdict that a defendant misappropriated trade secrets and a related award of damages (Clyde Bohnsack v.
