Wisconsin Appeals Panel: Sellers Not Responsible For Home's Negligent Construction

WAUSAU, Wis. - The Wisconsin Court of Appeals on Jan. 24 upheld summary judgment for the sellers of a residence that allegedly suffers from serious construction defects, concluding that the buyers had an opportunity to find out about the problems with the home before making the purchase (Gurpreet Singh, et al. v.
