Calif. Appellate Panel: Teacher's Right To Privacy Outweighed By Public's Rights

LOS ANGELES - A California appellate panel on Jan. 24 upheld a school district's right to release redacted copies of the investigation materials of a teacher accused of sexually harassing a student, finding that the public's right to know outweighs the teacher's privacy rights (Ari Marken v.
