Durable Medical Equipment Owners Sentenced For Health Care Fraud

OKLAHOMA CITY - The owners and operators of a durable medical equipment (DME) company in Oklahoma were sentenced Jan. 26 to a year in prison and ordered to pay restitution for their participation in a health care fraud scheme against Medicare (United States of America v. Adedayo O. Adegboye, et al., No. CR-11-030, W.D. Okla.).
